This is one of the highest production line predisposed with multiple re-reelers in-line, scheduled to start from preformed boxes with or without blade. This line includes various automatic re-reelers, an automatic boxing machine (continuous motion version) and it is completed with an automatic case packer (or a semi-automatic one with carton-sealing machines). Mechanical production up to 120-140 boxes/min.

Our range of highest output plants for the production & packaging of household rolls schedules various machinery composition in order to obtain the highest performances in accordance with customers needs. In ex.: line HPM4 or HPM5 or HPM6… have been engineered with the possibility to install in-line 4 or 5 or 6 or more rewinders and a high performance turret cartoning machine able to pack from 160 up to 240 boxed rolls/min.
