This line could be considered a standard version, as scheduled to start from flat blanks, but it becomes a dedicated complete plant since equipped with in-line a plastic blade application unit.

This new special generation line offers an in-line independent control of working phases: production and inserting of finished rolls, manufacturing and application of plastic blade on blank, forming-closing and packaging of the finished box.

The plant includes automatic re-reeler, automatic forming machine (with special plastic blade applying unit), automatic closing machine, semi-automatic case-packer and carton-sealing unit.

Mechanical production up to 40 boxed rolls/min.

This line becomes the complete high performances plant H-FP (up to 100-120 boxed rolls/min) when supplied with multiple re-reelers since dedicated to the packaging of medium-long length rolls, always starting from blanks. This plant includes single or double head forming machine continuous motion, dedicated rolls conveying/box feeding unit, high speed closing machine and – on request – automatic case packer.
